Governor Ritter to Keynote Upstate Colorado Economic Development Annual Dinner Date: March 8, 2007 Contact: Larry Burkhardt (970) 356-4565 Upstate Colorado Economic Development will celebrate 20 years of service to Weld County at their Annual Dinner, scheduled for the evening of March 22, at the University of Northern Colorado Ballroom. Governor Bill Ritter has been confirmed to speak, and will address the group on his economic development agenda and commitment to renewable energy. We are excited about having the Governor join us in celebrating our 20th anniversary, said Larry Wood, Chairman of the Board of Upstate. We believe that Weld County's assets and Upstate's work agenda fit well with Governor Ritter's economic development goals. Cost of the dinner is $50; $40 for Upstate Investors.
