Poudre Valley REA is a electric cooperative serving over 35,000 accounts in rural (and not-so-rural) Weld, Larimer and Boulder counties.

Large industrial rates: a kilowatt-hour rate of $0.02622 cents. Peak demand costs run $18.32. Poudre Valley REA offers several incentive programs that offset initial start-up costs. Poudre Valley REA is a cooperative, which means that the customer is a part owner of cooperative. Poudre Valley returns its margins back to the customer in the form of capital credits.
