Upstate Colorado Economic Development is a public/private, non-profit economic development corporation. Funding of its operations comes from more than 100 public and private sector “Investors,” –the area’s leading businesses, local government and educational institutions, who understand and support the need for economic development programs. As key contributors to Upstate Colorado’s success, Investors are recognized in a variety of ways, and receive periodic briefings on economic development issues and progress. Investors are eligible to serve on Upstate Colorado committees and on its Board of Directors.
